Welcome to Design Department, Inc. This fulfillment policy is designed to inform our customers
about the purchase, delivery, and terms associated with our digital products. By purchasing digital
products from Design Department, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All graphic design services provided by Design Department, Inc. are digital.
Customers are paying for the digital service rendered by Design Department, Inc. There are no physical products (books or otherwise) included with your service purchase.
All payments, including deposits, are based on the signed estimate agreed upon between the customer and Design Department, Inc. Each estimate is custom and reflects the unique scope and requirements of the customer’s project.
All final files will be delivered electronically via email or through a secure file-sharing platform such as Dropbox. Customers are purchasing the service provided—not ownership of the digital files themselves. Unless otherwise specified in the signed estimate, Design Department, Inc. retains ownership of all digital files.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their devices can open and read the provided file formats (e.g., PDF or Adobe Illustrator). Design Department, Inc. is not responsible for compatibility issues related to software or hardware limitations.
Payments for our digital services.
Credit card payments are accepted and processed through Stripe. During the payment process, Stripe may require customers to provide additional verification information in accordance with their security policies.
Check payments are accepted.
Direct bank deposit payments are accepted.
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, Design Department, Inc. does not offer returns or refunds unless otherwise stated in the signed and agreed-upon estimate.
We encourage customers to review all estimates and service descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If there are any issues or questions regarding the agreed-upon estimate, please contact Design Department, Inc. before the project begins.
