THE CHALLENGE
Since 1917 Thruway Fasteners had been a well know OEM fastener
distributor to many domestic and international companies. Over the
years as their business grew they became much more than a fastener
supply company. Their extensive product line now reaches well beyond
that of just nuts and bolts and screws. For so many though they were
known as “Thruway...the fastener guys”. In order to change this mind set
they decided to do a re-branding. They wanted to maintain the tradition
of Thruway Fasteners but communicate a much broader image.THE SOLUTION
The name of the company was changed to just Thruway dropping the
word Fasteners. Many of their current customers know them simply as
“Thruway” so this made sense. The Design Department was hired to
help the Thruway team create a completely new brand and help them
transition into this new era.-

& BRANDING
New name. New Logo. The first step of re-branding the old Thruway Fasteners to simply
Thruway was the design of a new logo. Other branding items followed after the final logo
was developed.PRINT & PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
Sales sheets and collateral material are still part of Thruways overall marketing plan. The new image for Thruway was given a contemporary look and feel that is consistent throughout the brand and will help them compete on a global scale.
